Pumpkins Galore: Carving & Lush's Sparkly Pumpkin Bubble Bar Review

Lush sparkly pumpkin bubble bar

Happy Halloween everyone! It seems that this year we went a little pumpkin mad. Yesterday I had a lovely evening carving pumpkins by candlelight and in the background we played our Halloween playlist which was so much fun! I've never done a freestyle pumpkin before so I'll let you be the judge of it. Afterwards, my lovely boyfriend surprised me by running me a bath and handing over a Lush Sparkly Pumpkin Bubble Bar (£3.50). I cannot even describe how good this smells. I'm not a fan of citrus smells but this is truly amazing. The bubble bar contains juniperberry, grapefruit and lime oils and my bathroom still smells of it a day later. I've never tried the bubble bars before and as I'm a huge fan of bubbles this was a pleasant surprise. After holding the bar under the tap, the water started to turn a vibrant orange colour filled with beautiful sprinkles of glitter and on top was a vast coat of bubbles. This would have been perfect for a party as some of the glitter did stick to my body but not enough to look like I'd been in a bust up with the tooth fairy (thank god) plus my skin felt really soft. I'm so upset that this is just a seasonal bath product so I may have to stock up before they go! After my bath we lit our pumpkins and decided to watch Insidious which is a horror favourite of ours. Unfortunately I was too sleepy after my bath to watch the second one!

Have you tried Lush's Sparkly Pumpkin yet?
